Meniere, Prosper
Good
The son of French immigrants, he was born and raised in a small town in Minnesota. When he was 17 his father’s longtime gambling addiction caught up with the family. The kind of people his father gambled with ended up being more than forceful; as a result his parents were killed. Swearing revenge Prosper did just that. He tracked down the people responsibe and killed them in cold blood. He didn’t even try to run or resist when the police showed up. He ended up being convicted and sent to prison with a life sentence of no less than 15 years. For the first 5 years he kept his nose clean and stayed out of trouble. However one day some newcomers decided to try to mess with Prosper. They harassed him for day whenever they could, while prosper just ignored them, trying to keep to himself. This continued for a number of months, until it culminated in a fight in the shower room. During the fight the shower room radio was knocked into the water, electrocuting everyone involved. The only one to survive was Prosper. The mixture of extreme physical stress and sonic waves awakened the latent ability inside of Prosper. Though he didn’t realize it at first after coming to in the infirmary. After being roomed with a particularly annoying cellmate who seemed to have a weak stomach, he managed to notice his cellmate only had bouts of nausea when Prosper himself was annoyed. Over the following years he managed to refine his ability, while maintaining complete discretion, due to the nature of his power. Eventually he found out that he could use this power to render people unconscious, although he had very little control over it. His parole date near he is hopeful to end up on the world outside.
Psionic Equilibrium Distortion
the ability to disorient someone's sense of balance. A version of high leveled Sound Manipulation. This is a psychic-based skill. These skills only affect biologically living things and are ineffective on anyone with Perspicuity aside from Sonic Blast and Sonic Repulsion.

alpha
Inflict Nausea - The user emits a sound that can cause nausea to sweep over the target(s). The affected must roll every 30 seconds, or once every post (players) to recover, 1-5 he or she remains affected 6-10 he or she recovers. If the character fails to recover, he or she must roll for vomiting, 1-5 he or she vomits, 6-10 he or she does not. At Novice this affects 1 target, at Alpha up to 2 targets, at Superior up to 4 targets, at Master up to 8 targets.

Cause Unconsciousness - The user emits a sound that can render a target unconscious. The affected target must roll to recover (one roll per post), 1-5 he or she remains asleep 6-10 he or she wakes up. This can be nullified if another character wakes the affected character.


Novice
Cause Vertigo - Emitting an unheard sound, the user can cause any stationary target to experience vertigo. The duration of the vertigo lengthens as the skill improves. At Novice it lasts 10 seconds, at Alpha it lasts 15 seconds, at Superior it lasts 30 seconds and at Master is lasts a minute.

Sonic Blast - The user can emit a sonic blast used to cause a nearly piercing attack. At Novice Class, the blast is about two feet in diameter, at Alpha the user can use greater concentration (cutting down on the amount of attempts possible by 1) to create a 5 foot diameter blast (basic blast is still 2 feet in diameter), at Superior the user can use greater concentration (attempt reduction of 1) to create a blast 10 feet in diameter (basic blast remains), at Master Class the user can use even greater concentration (reduction of 2 attempts) to create a blast 20 feet in diameter (basic blast remains). Cannot be used lethally until Superior Class.

Sonic Repulsion - The user emits a short range sonic field from his or her body. It serves as a shield. It can be held for any duration.

Disrupt Projectiles - The user emits a psychically charged sound that can disrupt any projectiles, causing the projectile to swerve off course. At Novice it affects 1 projectile, at Alpha it can affect up to 3 projectiles, at Superior up to 6 projectiles, at Master up to 12.

Inflict Hallucination - The user creates a sound that vibrates within the target(s) brain, backed by psychic energy, to cause hallucinations. At Novice it can affect 1 target and lasts 15 seconds, at Alpha it can affect 2 targets and lasts 30 seconds, at Superior it can affect 4 targets and lasts a minute, at Master it can affect up to 8 targets and lasts 2 minutes.

Inflict Confusion - The user creates a sound that vibrates within the target(s) brain, backed by psychic energy, to cause Confusion. The target(s) must roll (once per post) to recover. At Novice it can affect 1 target, at Alpha it can affect up to 2 targets, at Superior it can affect up to 4 targets and at Master up to 8.
